Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth and a secure password. Select PKR as your account currency — this cannot be changed once the account is active. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox to confirm you are 18 or older and all your details are accurate. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. Lock33 strictly allows one account per player. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any balance inside may be voided. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the Login page rather than registering again.

You must be at least 18 years old. Lock33 is strictly an adults-only platform. Age is confirmed during registration and the platform reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed immediately.

On the Login page, use the "Forgot password?" option. You will receive a reset link or OTP via your registered email or Pakistan mobile number. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes. Do not create a new account — use the recovery process to regain access to your existing account and PKR balance.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several failed login attempts as a security precaution. Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option. If the account remains locked, it may be under a security review — contact support via the email listed in the footer.

Some account details such as your email address and mobile number can be updated from within your account dashboard. Changes to identity information — your full name or date of birth — may require supporting documents for verification. Your PKR account currency cannot be changed after registration.
Deposits & Payments

Lock33 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. The availability of specific methods may vary — check the cashier section of your account for the current list.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Lock33 PKR balance within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 10 minutes, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact support with the transaction reference.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier when you select your chosen payment method. They vary depending on the method — JazzCash and Easypaisa minimums are generally lower than bank transfer minimums. All amounts are shown and processed in PKR.

Lock33 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure. The amount credited to your account will be the amount Lock33 receives in PKR.

Yes. Raast is supported as a deposit method on Lock33. It is Pakistan's instant digital payment system and transfers are generally processed quickly. Your PKR balance will reflect the deposit as soon as it is confirmed.
Withdrawals

Log in to your Lock33 account, go to the cashier section and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed to the same method you used to deposit where possible.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Raast transfers are generally faster. Processing times may be longer during high-traffic periods or if your account requires additional verification.

Yes, minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by method. The exact figures are displayed in the cashier when you initiate a withdrawal. All amounts are in PKR. Make sure your account balance meets the minimum before submitting a request.

Common reasons include incomplete account verification, an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account details and your registered profile. Check your account dashboard for any pending verification steps. If the issue is unclear, contact support with your transaction reference number.

If a match is abandoned or cancelled before the required number of overs are completed, most pre-match bets are voided and the stake returned to your PKR balance. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and any request to increase a limit includes a cooling-off period before the change is applied.
