Lock33 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Lock33 online gaming and entertainment platform, accessible at lock33.pro and through the Lock33 mobile application ("Platform"). Lock33 is operated as an online gaming service for adult entertainment purposes.

By registering an account, depositing funds or using any feature of the Platform — including the Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bingo, Game Lobby or any other product — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with Lock33.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person you also confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, though in practice each user must register their own individual account and comply individually.

To register and use Lock33 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lock33 is strictly an adults-only platform. We take underage access seriously and reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal entertainment use only, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during registration.
• You must not already hold an existing active Lock33 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform access controls.

Lock33 reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

By registering you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will update it promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including false age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Once your registration is accepted you will have access to a Lock33 account ("Account"). Your Account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person.

Security responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. Lock33 will never contact you to request your password by any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Lock33 support immediately via the contact details on the Platform.

Account balance: Your Account holds a PKR balance representing funds you have deposited, minus amounts wagered or withdrawn, plus any winnings or bonuses credited. Your PKR balance is displayed in your account dashboard at all times. Lock33 does not apply currency conversion at any point — all amounts are in Pakistani Rupees.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Lock33 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant accounts or to close them after reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be dealt with in accordance with applicable procedures at the time.

Account verification: Lock33 may request identity or payment verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

All deposits and withdrawals on Lock33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Payments section of the Platform.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your Lock33 wallet within one to two minutes of confirmation. Processing times for bank transfers and card payments may vary. Lock33 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Payments section of your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Please check current limits before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Lock33 processes withdrawal requests promptly; actual arrival times depend on your payment provider. Lock33 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Refused withdrawals: Lock33 may refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where a verification request has not been satisfied. In such cases Lock33 will communicate the reason and the steps required to resolve the hold.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a Lock33 deposit — other than in response to genuine unauthorised use — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any withdrawn amounts where possible.

Lock33 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus principles apply across all Lock33 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise , each promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; Live Casino, Sports and other game types may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per slip may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Right to withdraw: Lock33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions will not be affected by retroactive changes.

Bonuses are credited in PKR. Wagering requirements and associated cashout limits are always stated clearly in PKR amounts in the relevant promotion details.

Specific rules for each game type — Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games and Bingo — are available in the relevant sections of the Platform. The following general principles apply across all Lock33 products:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet settlement, Lock33 will investigate and apply a fair resolution. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical failure, stakes will be returned.
• Lock33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or outcomes where an error in odds, pricing or game configuration has occurred due to a manifest error. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• For Sports Betting, the settlement of markets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. Cricket results follow the official result as declared by the match referee and relevant cricket board.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per event. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or launching a game.
• Lock33 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for specific players or markets at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lock33 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or collect data.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit promotions.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. Lock33 maintains records of all transactions and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted, using a VPN, proxy or other obfuscation tool to disguise your actual location.
• Posting, sharing or transmitting any content through the Platform that is offensive, defamatory, threatening or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems or any other player's account.

Lock33's decision on matters of prohibited conduct is final. Where a genuine error or misunderstanding is believed to have occurred, players may raise the matter through the complaints process described in the Contact section of these Terms.

All content on the Lock33 platform — including but not limited to the Lock33 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, data and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of Lock33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the Lock33 name, logo or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by Lock33.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to Lock33 may be used by Lock33 without obligation to compensate or credit the submitting party.

The Lock33 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While Lock33 works to maintain consistent platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond Lock33's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Lock33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or funds arising from platform unavailability, technical errors or delays in processing not caused by Lock33's direct negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any third-party content, services or payment processing delays outside Lock33's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of the Lock33 platform is at your own discretion and risk. You acknowledge that online gaming involves the risk of financial loss and that past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.

Lock33 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with Lock33 and should be read alongside these Terms.

In summary: personal data collected during registration and platform use is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud and communicate with you about your account and applicable promotions. Lock33 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering you consent to Lock33 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights in relation to your personal data including the right to access, correct and in certain circumstances request deletion. These rights are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

All financial transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements. Deposit and withdrawal history in PKR is accessible in your account dashboard at all times.

Lock33 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and conducted responsibly. Gaming on Lock33 should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a financial strategy. The platform carries inherent financial risk and players should only ever wager amounts they are comfortable losing.

• Daily deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day. Once set, the limit cannot be increased immediately — an increase takes effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert that notifies you after a specified number of minutes of continuous platform activity.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or longer-term break from the platform. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to log in or deposit. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.

Lock33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Suspicious betting patterns or evidence of automated betting activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Lock33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held. Where an account is closed for administrative or verification reasons and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on record.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting Lock33 support. Following closure, any outstanding verified balance will be processed for return to your registered payment method in PKR.

Lock33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, Lock33 will provide notice via the Platform or to the email address registered on your account where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
